Manaslu Peak; English name Manaslu

Altitude: 8163 meters

The mountain peak is located in the middle of the the Himalayas

马纳斯鲁峰又称玛纳斯鲁I峰，英文名Manaslu，位于喜马拉雅山脉中段尼泊尔境内。为世界第八高峰，海拔高度8163米。地理坐标为东经84.33°，北纬28.33°。西距安纳普尔那峰30英里。除了主峰海拔8163米外，还有3个7000米以上的卫峰：东峰7792米、东尖峰7895米、北峰7154米，周围还有许多6000米以上的山峰簇拥。

马纳斯鲁峰对大多数攀登者来说是一个新的挑战，是大多数人从7000米山峰进阶到8000米山峰的首选，是攀登珠穆朗玛峰之前的最佳训练山峰。

Mount Manaslu is a new challenge for most climbers, and is the first choice for most people to climb from a 7000 meter peak to an 8000 meter peak. It is the best training peak before climbing Mount Everest.

特别对于前不久刚攀登了慕士塔格7546米完成攀登耐力训练的的攀登者，很容易就把目光投向了8163米的马纳斯鲁。不仅仅是因为这是7000米级到8000米级的进阶，平坦熬人的慕士塔格耗费了很多的耐心，三角锥形的马纳斯鲁此时俊逸非常，慕士塔格无论在时间线（慕峰攀登季6月—8月，马纳斯鲁峰9月—10月的）亦或攀登高度上都为马纳斯鲁做了最佳铺垫。
